Colorado Collision Repair was timely and easy to work with. They worked with the at-fault party’s insurance to make sure everything was fixed on our vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner and blends in well with the rest of the car. Jake communicated with me frequently to keep me updated.

Horrible experience!! Took my car to have some body work done from a hit and run accident. After a month of excuses, my car was returned to me completely ransacked!! I questioned why everything that was in my car, including my glove box and console was thrown in my trunk. I had personal item missing as well, I was told that a manager would get back to me. The manager called me back and admitted that my car was broken into while in their lot and things were damaged and stolen. This is why they had my car for so much longer than I was promised. They were not even going to tell me that this happened??? I was told that they would do nothing about the stolen items as they are not responsible. They also refuse to fix the door lock that was broken during the break in. I now have two different keys, when I had one before. I find it completely WRONG, to not inform a customer that their car has been broken in to. I now have stolen identity issues due to the items stolen from my car. I

They did a great job on a car everyone else wanted to total out. Tammy and the crew were willing to work with us and kept us in the loop during the repairs. Happy we brought the car here. Definitely would recommend them. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
