Recommended service that was unnecessary. On a service bulletin the manufacturer clearly stated how to fix the issue. The bulletin was discussed when the vehicle was dropped off but was clearly not read by the mechanic. I blame myself for not reading the bulletin but expect more from a shop. Now down 600 dollars with the same issue. Plug the car and in and take the best guess is the motto of this place. Called to discuss with the shop to see what was actually done and was told I would get a call back. Did not receive a call back and had to call for update.

This place is amazing! I set an appointment on a Friday morning before a 3 day weekend, talk about stressing out. I got an estimate within 2 hours of dropping my car off and all repairs (especially on an older vehicle) done within the same day. So thankful for their business and kindness!
