If I could give this company and location 0 stars, I would. We took our car (Toyota PriusC) in to have the brakes repaired & brake fluid flushed. They did not replace the brake fluid cap correctly, and the brakes in the car went out while we were driving it. We had to pay out of pocket for a tow and to have their negligence repaired at a reputable dealership. They still have not rectified the situation, and it's been over a year. I would not recommend you take your vehicle into this location except for maybe oil changes in a pinch as there is a chance they will forget to tighten a cap and potentially cause a fatal crash. Fortunately for us, the brakes went out on our street, and we were able to stop the vehicle safely. Moral of the story, take your car to a reputable dealership or mechanic for repairs.

Usually, this is a very good place and they are prompt. This time they were not. I brought my vehicle in for a brake service and it took them a day and a half to complete the job. I was offered to retrieve my truck the first night but the guy that called me told me it would not take long to fix it in the morning. I did not get my vehicle back until 330pm the next day. I know the transmission fluid needs to be changed from previous oil change observation and they never mentioned it (most likely didn't check any fluids). Brake light was out and they didn't mention it (not checking lights at all). We knew the brake light was out before we went. They never mentioned that a light needed to be replaced. Said my all brake pads were at 2mm. Took van next day to Brakes Plus who said Front is at 4mm and Rear is at 7mm. This is documented on paperwork from both places. That's simply dishonest (or incompetent). They also forgot to reset the oil change reminder. They were friendly and courteous. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
