Love this guy!

Hi, I was absolutely panicking when my alternator and battery went out while driving to work on the 91 freeway this morning. I pulled over and Googled the closest repair shop, and I was towed to CMI ????. I was met by Veronica who runs the front desk. What a beautiful person she is. She asked me what was going on with the car. I told her the battery light had come on and the car wouldn't start. She was very efficient and ordered an alternator and battery before the technician arrived on site to assess the situation. It turns out that is exactly what was needed to replace. The technician is an expert in Toyotas and was very efficient in installing the parts and even checking other things on the car that will need to be replaced soon, like, the drive belts and informing me of an oil leak.
