Can't say enough good things about the customer service at Neel's. I'm from Tennessee but the last two times I've visited California we've had issues with my mother's car. They've always made time for us and been kind, efficient and fair in the process.
A TRULY HONEST MECHANIC. I towed my mom’s car there and Neel took care of it. Neel should be the standard that all shops are required to abide by. Unfortunately we all know that’s not the case. He’s the best.
Excellent service! I have been going to this place for over 15 years! They are very good and fast.
