Crash Champions Collision Repair

I was very happy and satisfied with my experience at this shop. It’s never easy going through a repair on your vehicle but the staff made it as smooth as they possibly could and it’s very appreciated. I would definitely come back to this location for any repairs I need in the future.

They did a great job on my repairs. I am only giving them 3 stars because it took 3 weeks to get my car back. Not sure who's fault it was, theirs or car parts, but, when I expressed my disappointment, the Manger's response was unprofessional and unnecessary. A little compassion goes a long way.

I DO NOT recommend.anyone take their car here . They’ve had my car for 2 months and They told me it would take 2 weeks . My insurance company has paid them out and they’re still just telling me a bunch of stories and haven’t returned my car yet. This is the worst service and business I’ve ever dealt with, and they still have my car .The sad thing is ,there wasn’t even that much damage to my car. It was a slight bumper. They don’t communicate with me.. I have to call every week & they tell me a different excuse . Service: Body & Trim
