Professional and extremely intelligent.
Definitely the best shop around, especially for German cars or high end cars. I always feel comfortable leaving my keys with Jay and the staff there. Jay is very helpful and knowledgeable, he saved me money more than once, and he has become my go to mechanic for all my 6 cars. They also have good relationships with local dealers like Porsche, MB, and Audi. Highly recommend shop!
Does awesome work and charges way less than a dealer. Tells you what's wrong with your car, and what can wait.
