I am one of those people who has horrible luck with mechanics and I feel like I’m always getting ripped off. I previously brought my car to the dealership and was quoted not only an absurd price but they told me I had a significant amount of maintenance to do on my vehicle. Well surprise surprise, I brought it to Shelley’s and they were incredibly pleasant, kind and quoted me a reasonable price. Christie was very lovely, expedited my car before the weekend and told me what actually had to be done on my car. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have a high mileage vehicle and vehicle overheated while driving. I was afraid that I had blown the head gasket. Paul assured me that the test didn't show any head gasket issues and only need a new cooling fan unit. The repairs were performed flawlessly and my high mileage vehicle is running great again. The staff from the front office keeping me informed to the owner giving me his personal attention will keep me going to their business. Service: General repairs & maintenance

KRISTY THE CLERK IS WONDERFUL AND A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH SHE IS ON TOP OF ANY NEEDS THE CUSTOMER HAS AND GREAT COMMUNICATION AS WELL.TOOK MY SCION HERE TO GET THE IDLE RE-ADJUSTED, ALSO REPLACED MY BRAKES. WERE VERY FAIR IN PRICE AND QUICK ON THE JOB. AND WHEN I SAY QUICK I DONT MEAN THEY TOOK SHORT CUTS, THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB IN A SMALL WINDOW OF TIME!!.
