Originally went to the location to try and go to Hay's Automotive. When I arrived, the name had changed and possibly the owner. It's now called Pierson Automotive. I decided to give it a shot and the first person I spoke with was Chad and he was very attentive to listening to my issues I had with my Evap code on my Dodge Ram. I was utterly surprised by the professionalism and devotion that Chad had in diagnosing and correcting my evap issue when no one else was able to. From start to finish, I was provided top notch customer service from Chad and his crew. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone who wants their automobile in the best hands!

I know why this business has five stars. I worked with Chad directly. He confirmed a blown transmission in my Mom’s older model Subaru. He was professional, understanding, flexible, and really went above and beyond for our family. He has been my mom’s mechanic for some time and she has always raved about him being helpful, kind, and fair. My own interaction with him has been that and so much more.
