Rick's Japanese Car Care

The first time I took my car to Ricks they did not put back on all the lug nuts onto one of the wheels. They apparently lost it and then replaced it with some cheapy lug nuts after a few days that I have since had to replace due to the metal being so soft. The alignment was horrible, the office lady said it was done by “their best alignment guy” but the alignment had a different story to tell. They were also supposed to be replacing the shocks with aftermarket shocks and were provided with 2 brand new ARB shocks. I recently noticed that my passenger side shock never was replaced with the new shock provided when it was paid for. This was only overlooked by me originally because the shocks are very similar but with small differences from the old shocks to the new. The last time I paid these people was for an oil change several weeks ago and they didn’t even tighten the drain plug which left me with stains on my driveway. Don’t take your car to these people. I've been coming to Rick's Japanese for 20 years. I won't trust any other place with my cars. His prices are fair, and he'll even go so far as to tell you what you need NOW and what could WAIT another 6 months to a year. He'll never try to sell you anything you don't need. It's a clean and professional shop. The office guy, Pavel, is super friendly. The owner, Rick, will never steer you wrong. ????????
