Preferred Auto Centre

I was referred to this company by a friend. I have never had such good service! They offer a concierge service. The owner picked up my car from my work place and then returned it after they did the work on my car. They were kind, efficient, did good work and were timely. Their prices are competitive and better than most. I will be returning to them and referring people to them.

Very happy with my experience here. One of the big highlights is the communication. I saw analysis of the issue by a mechanic in an email - and that let me know what was expected in the repair effort - instead of wondering or waiting for a call. The repair seems solid. Preferred Auto is an excellent choice. They have great communication tools that keep you informed of your cars progress. After a recent repair of some leaks in our car had issues - they fixed it promptly a second time with no hesitation and no charge. I will go back for any additional work our cars need.
