I had a great experience at Pep Boys Thousand Oaks today and would highly recommend their service. I went in to get a bulb changed on my van, and Michele very graciously came out to help me rather than having me wait for full service. She helped me find the correct bulb and changed it quickly for me, free of charge. I was very thankful and impressed by the service and it truly made my day. Highly recommended!
Got 4 new tires and the folks at Pep Boys of Thousand Oaks handled the service perfectly. Michelle was a pro! She called to let me know the tires were in stock and treated me with excellent customer service. Thank you Pep Boys and Michelle!
