I've been using Import Car Specialists for about 2 years and I've never had anything but a GREAT experience. I've brought my Mercedes in for a number of things from regular tune ups to engine problems and Shawn is always so thorough in explaining what they find, costs and what must be done and what you can get away with not doing. I've always felt that I'm dealing with honest people who do great work at a fair price which is hard to find for auto repair shops. Don't hesitate to use them.
