Firestone Complete Auto Care

I took in my newer vehicle for its 20K service. Erik, the service manager, was professional and communicative. The pricing was fair and instead of trying to hard sell me on new tires (that I need soon) he let me know about their sale next month to save me a few hundred bucks. That's great service.

I am so grateful for these guys at Firestone auto, they went above and beyond to help me when I was in a real pinch. My car‘s battery died and I was starting to panic because it was getting dark and the person I was talking to with the roadside assistance program that I paid extra for when I bought my car was giving me a hard time. I happened to look up and noticed that firestone was within walking distance so I decided to take a chance on them instead of dealing with roadside assistance. One of the employees walked to my car to give it a jump (my car broke down quite a distance away from the business) and then they changed my battery for me, no problem at all. The employees were extremely nice throughout the whole situation. Highly recommend this business! Service: Battery

We have been waiting 1.5 hours for an oil change. We had an appt 90 min ago and the car has not even been started. This place is slow, unorganized and I wont be coming back. Terrible Service: Oil change
