Bimmer Connection

I finally found a BMW specialist I can trust. Rob &Tig have been servicing my last 2 Bimmers for 4 years now. After bad experiences with local BMW "professionals", I finally found someone I can totally trust. Both Rob & his brotherTig, both formerly BMW master techs at the BMW dealer, have gone over & above to accommodate me. I recently had knee surgery & they came to my home, picked up my car, serviced it & returned it the next day. Additionally, they are 100% honest. My 428i was due for the 60,000 mile service which includes spark plug replacement. Rob said it had previously been done, so he didn't charge me for that. I would have never known. That is the kind of honesty which is invaluable. There are so many other instances Rob has saved me which has earned my loyalty for life. This is my 5th BMW. My son has my 2002 325i. Although he is 200 miles away, because I trust Rob so much, I am going to bring the car to Rob & Tig for service. It has 220,000 miles & is still running like a

Rob was super helpful and willing to take the time when I called. Since buying my first BMW I’ve brought it here already twice to make sure everything is as it should be. It is nice to feel comfortable dropping your car off at an automotive shop and know that the techs will take care of everything the right way. Rob (owner) is hands down the best mechanic I have ever had. First thing I noticed when I entered his shop is that he regularly services BMWs from the 80s and 90s. He knows how to keep these cars running. I had several issues with my 2010 BMW including an oil leak, hose damage, engine mount damage, valve damage, amongst other issues. Rob diagnosed and fixed them all quickly and for a fair price. Rob and his team go above and beyond while holding themselves to the highest ethical standards. When I had several repairs done with Rob, he also identified a leaky radiator that was still under warranty. Rob told me it should be under warranty and even worked with the local BMW dealer to get it fixed! He could have prob just fixed it and charged me, but he knew it would be covered and made sure I had it done for free. Another time, I had a check engine light and an out of town BMW dealership told me it would cost $4000-$5000 to fix the car. They did not tell me that some of the repairs would b
