There’s no other place that I would take my car than to More Joy! We’ve been coming for years and feel like family. Gaspar is always there to greet you with the biggest smile and hug -he is a GEM! More Joy always takes such great care of all our cars. They take the time to ask questions, inspect and are upfront about the work. They are great at communicating with you throughout the day, and explain your options clearly. Update 2023: Yes, Joy Automotive is where we continue to get our cars taken care of. The people that work here are the best. I have neighbors that say the same thing. Update 2020: Our family continues to take our cars for service at Joy Auto. I actually trust the people that work here to provide me with accurate information about what my car needs. They are all wonderful to work with from the managers, to the customer service individuals, to the people who drive your car around when you come in. I’ve been taking our cars to Joy Auto since I moved here 12 years ago. I trust them to advise the right thing to do. They always back up their work with a guarantee that they stand behind — I can confirm that. And you won’t find nicer people to work with. They even help out local kids with their bikes (I saw that). 3 yrs ago I was given 1st class service & said if I ever had to come back...well I did, last week. It cost me a lot of $$$ but again the service & hospitality were 1st class.
