I got a flat tire on my way to work and had to find a near by tire shop to replace my spare tire. Byron Woodley Tire was close by and also saw that it had very good reviews on Google so I trusted that I was going to good shop. Once I arrived, they changed the back tire and I was ready to leave. Price was $120 for one tire. I did not mind paying the price because it was urgent and I had to get to work. However, once driving it on a freeway at speeds of over 60 mi/hr, my car felt shaky/bouncy and did not drive the same as before. So, I brought it back the next morning and the person I talked to was very dismissive about the problem and stated that this issue was likely already there before the tire was changed ....even though I explained that this was not an issue beforehand. He stated that they did not do anything to the back tire to have caused the bounce when I drive. He stated that they did not lift the car and barely did anything to the car to cause damage.
