I always come here when I need something on my car fixed or looked at. Chris and his staff are incredibly cordial, effective, and trustworthy. They will explain things to you till you understand them if you don't understand something. The first time I came here, my automobile had a complicated problem that might have cost me a lot of money. Chris gave a thorough explanation before saying, "It would be excellent for my financial situation if I tried to rectify this. So it's probably best if you just get rid of this car." Hence, I did. And that was all it took to win my business again. They have been a dream to work with ever since, and that was almost ten years ago.

This message is for Chris the owner. Your other male receptionist needs to be fired for his unprofessional attitude. I called and asked if you guys could adjust the PSI on my turbo instead of installing a new one and instead he wanted to charge me another $300+ for a diagnostic which you had already done when I took it to you a few weeks ago. I was just calmly asking him a few questions and he got angry and said "WE AREN'T THE RIGHT SHOP FOR YOU" and hung up on me. You guys already charged me for a smog test which forced me to come back to you but you can keep that money. You are correct, you aren't the right shop for me. Service: Emissions testing
