My insurance company pointed me to a list of body shops I could use, and I chose Fix Auto Folsom because the reviews looked good, but more importantly, they are a local business and I will always support locals first. I was blown away by the extra effort the crew went through to support an oddball situation with my car. These guys went to two dealerships trying to find a spare wheel lock key that I had misplaced. Where anyone else would have said "you're SOL", these guys put customer service into overdrive.
