This shop is by far one of the best mechanic shops in Sacramento. Took my Mini Cooper in for a oil change and check up and they where quick, thorough, and most importantly reasonably priced. I will definitely be taking my car back to them anytime I have a issue with it.

This is in response to Mr. Momand's review. My name is Kelly and I am the office manager at West Coast Auto Care. Mr. Momand, we gave you an itemized estimate to sign with the total price highlighted for you to see. You signed the estimate and gave us authorization to change your front pads and rotors. My boss explained to you that we could not change just one side of the brake pads and rotor. When pads are ordered, they come with 2 sets. You can't even get just one brake pad and the same goes for the rotors. Although we are unhappy that you weren't satisfied with your experience here, we did our best to explain everything to you before any work was done. As far as you saying we tried to keep your keys, well when you stand there and tell us you won't pay, of course we aren't going to hand over your keys until the bill is paid.
