I learned a lot getting my Bronco fixed with Trinos. Let me pass some helpful info along. Johnny and Maria were fabulous. They are upfront and answer all your questions, so ask. Here's what I learned along the way dealing with insurance company route. #1 Your insurance company doesn't care about you whether the damage to your vehicle is your fault or not. They are looking for cheapest cost. Trinos makes sure you get what you should. However, this may take time. Not because of Trinos, but because of your insurance company. Insurance company = not your friend. No matter how good of insurance you think you have. #2 Trinos can't front the money your insurance won't approve. So, No work can continue until you insurance approves the work. Which is ordering products. #3 Once products are ordered, Trinos can't control the backorder delays of items needed. This is happening every where. Even when you get an item, it can be delivered damaged. Trinos had to order a major body part from Ford twice
