Our agent who provided estimate was friendly, courteous and efficient. The other administrative staff was very helpful and understanding. We look forward to seeing our vehicle repaired through this collision center.
Not impressed with service availability. Called on a Monday and couldn't get an appointment til Friday and it still would have taken 3 or more weeks to get to it. I ask couldn't someone just look at it and at least tell me what part was needed and then come back for a full estimate? That's what another reputable body shop did on that Monday and I was able to come back a day later for a full estimate. The other shop appeared to want my business. These folks did not. I had a neighbor tell me in one minute what was needed , and he was on point.
