I found them through Carvana's service network, and I'm glad I did! They fixed a weird problem with a car I had just purchased that chain shops wouldn't touch. The staff is very friendly and helpful and got my car back to me quickly :) 10/10 would use again

I called to ask a simple question and was spoken to in the rudest way ever. I’m not sure if they hire just anybody but that lady was extremely rude and should definitely work on her customer service skills. If you don’t like your job don’t be miserable and take it out on others go get a new new one.

They Misdiagnosed the problem with my car and if I hadn’t saw the second opinion my engine would’ve been destroyed. I know that Swim‘s has good ratings and my dad has gone here with no issues, but I took my 2010 Prius and because it was making an odd noise and the check engine light was on. First off it took almost a week for me to get my car back, even though I made an appointment they still hadn’t even diagnosed the problem two days after I dropped off the car. Then they told me that it was an engine problem and they had bought me some time by switching out my spark plugs. The problem was still there though so I checked in with my mechanic at San Diego who said oh no that is absolutely a head gasket issue. I took it to gasket masters and they diagnose the head gasket issue and fixed my car. I spent $300 for not only my car not to be fixed, but if I had not followed my gut, My car would’ve been destroyed.
