Went in there because the black plastic thing under my engine was hanging down and scraping on the ground. They pulled it in and fixed it for free!! I will be back here to gwt my oil changed and any other maintenance I need on my 2020 Honda Accord. Thank you for the superior customer service ????

I have been going to Natomas Smog Shop for many years. They are always very quick, friendly, and efficient! Out of all the auto shops I have frequented for my smog checks and oil changes, they are by far the best automotive experience that I’ve had. Also, I would like to recognize Trinh at the front.
