Service here was above and beyond, I had been dealing with a coolant leak problem that other mechanics were having trouble fixing properly but within a short time of arriving they had diagnosed the problem and gave me a very fair price for a complete repair. They ordered the part for me and in just a few hours they had the part delivered and installed and I was called to come and pick it up. It's in a very convenient location and for the service I will be coming back with any auto needs I might have.

As a long time East Sac Auto client, I was shocked to learn John had retired this year and the shop had a new owner. "What?" I thought. Well, I am pleased to say I am very happy, impressed and grateful for Moss (new owner) and Alyssa (?) (front office person). East Sac Auto has worked on my vehicles for years and I am pleased to say I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I have received from Moss and his staff on both of my vehicles. Professional, knowledgably, communicative, informative and honest. For those of us old customers, keep bringing in your vehicles. We are in great hands. New customers, this is a great shop. We had an issue with our car (user error) and had to have it towed to some shop in Citrus Heights who gave me a very high quote. I went by East Sacto Auto Services and told them what was going on. They explained how they would deal with the problem and why I didn't need to spend as much as the other shop was suggesting. I had it towed again to East Sacto and they turned it around twice as fast and for half the price of the competition.
