Frank's did a great job as always. My car suddenly decided to stop shifting into reverse. I called them and they got me in right away. While diagnosing the issue, they also determined my reverse lights weren't working. They quickly determined that it was a bad switch. Didn't charge me to reconnect the loose cable, and had me back on the road in a day. These guys know what they're doing and aren't out to gouge their customers. Came here after having so many issues with another mechanic. Replacing expensive parts and not understanding simple diagnostics. Frank's fixed my car within 24 hours within a reasonable price. Take your German made cars here. Or any car for that matter. Great experience. Thanks dudes! Edit for update: My 2014 Passat Tdi ended up with a bad turbo. Before giving the go ahead to do the work i called VW to see if it was under warranty. It turns out it was! Any TDI from the dieselgate era (09-14) is open to full coverage for engine, turbo, and emissions system for 120000 miles or ten years (whichever comes first). VW is doing 30 hours worth of work to my car at no cost. That being said Frank's has been knowledgeable and reasonable throughout the whole process.
