I’ve taken my vehicles and family’s vehicles here beginning last year. I first learned about University Automotive through their mailer ads offering discounted automotive maintenance services. I live in the area and wanted to be able leave my car at the shop while I run errands. I’ve worked with Scott, the service advisor and he has always been kind to outline the summary of the service which have been engine lube services. They use full synthetic on my passenger Honda and Toyota vehicles and provide complementary tire rotation. It’s also good to know that they do a multi point inspection and have let me know the tire and brake pad wear so that I can anticipate when they could be replaced. I am confident in their service and have not had the need to double check their work. Although I can DIY my own maintenance I have chosen to bring my vehicles here for convenience and peace of mind knowing that they will perform a quality service because their staff is top notch. Thieves and crooks! They will misdiagnose your vehicle, keep your vehicle for a long time and then overcharge you for their own mistakes! I sent my Jeep Wrangler in for an electrical diagnostic job, they charged me a lot of money and replaced the pigtail connectors, some sensors and the PCM with no change in the condition of my vehicle. After spending so much money, I had to take my Jeep out of this shop and have it fixed somewhere else. No sane person should step into this place. Like others, I had an appointment at 8:00am. I showed up 5 minutes early and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. They shuttled me home for free which was nice but it took them 4 1/2 hours just to do an oil change. They said that they were just really busy and that they're sorry for the delay but what is the point of having an appointment if you don't honor it. I had to call them 3 hours in because no one contacted me and was told that they hadn't even touched the car yet and that it would be another 60 minutes. It ended up being another 90 minutes for a total of 4 1/2 hours just for an oil change that I HAD AN APPOINTMENT for. The guy at the desk was super nice but that was the longest oil change I've ever done in my life. Can't say I'll be returning even if I get another coupon in the mail. Service: Oil change
