I went to pick up my vehicle on 3 different days. The first time they hadn't even washed my car and I discovered paint flaws and sanded trim with no paint. Days later when I returned for the 2nd time to pick up my car, I discovered a cracked headlight and when I brought this to management's attention, I was told that they didn't damage my headlight until I provided proof by showing them a photo of my headlight before I dropped it off to them. The final time I returned to pick up my car, the paint job looked good and the headlight had been replaced so I accepted their work and paid my deductible. Upon driving home I discovered part of my bumper assembly was in the back of my car. They hadn't reassembled it so I had to return to have them do this. I will not recommend this shop to others. Used Fix Auto to repair a small dent on the rear door of my Cadillac XT5. It took two weeks and when I picked up the car the inside was filled with dirt or paint overspray and the battery was completely dead and would not accept a charge, so I had to spend $350.00 for a new battery. Fix Auto refused to help with the cost of the battery they had obviously ran down by leaving the lights on. They wouldn't even say they were sorry. Bad business ethics. Service: Body & Trim
