I've used Ramona Tire (Indio & Palm Desert) for the past 15 years. They have consistently been scruptulously honest in their recommendations, never over-selling or pushing unneeded services. THIS, today, is a rarity in the auto repair world. They stand firmly behind their warrenties, and the pricing is more than competitive. I'll continue to recommend them highly.
I had an alignment done and tires rotated. Front and rear tires require different air pressure and no one bothered to check or change the tire pressure. Went home and did it myself as when I arrived it seemed like I was inconveniencing the gentleman checking me in even though I had an appointment. Also wanted to charge me a higher price than quoted but did adjust it.
Simple! Polite, efficient, no nonsense, straight up without the pressure of “up selling,” and they just took care of everything at a terrific price. David was very very helpful. Thank you. My new auto service home.
