Ramona Tire

I was sent a new replacement trailer tire that was under warranty and I needed to have it mounted and balanced so I googled tire shops and Ramona Tire was close by with good reviews. I was promptly greeted at the counter by David and he said seeing as it was a simple mount & balance then he would take care of it and to just tip his installer. Cant beat that! While I was waiting I found out that they do free brake checks so I had them take a look at my truck as the brakes have been squealing when towing. Luckily my brakes were just dirty and still have plenty of life in them but my rear shocks are starting to leak. Ive been thinking about adding airbags to the rear so I wasn't ready to replace the shocks just yet but I will definitely use Ramona Tire again the next time i am in town. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Everything was great from price to checkin. Not sure if they were trying to give me the “ladies” discount. But they came in about $150 over there quote. They fixed it when I said something but….
