German Autowerke

I can see why German Autowerke has 5 stars. They took me in same day, found and fixed a few other minor problems without charging me for them, and their price is very reasonable. Paige is kind, communicative, and easy to work with. Vince is the man, understands good customer service, very approachable and easy going. Will be taking my S4 here from now on.

We had been a previous customer of Autowerke under Hans but this was our first visit to the new owner Vince. Paige in the front was a good communicator and i really liked how they would text me the estimates and then i could then accept what work i wanted now and what to leave for a future visit. Their pricing is fair and they were professional. I will be happy to bring our car back for any future needs we may have Service: Engine repair

My poor 2014 Passat TDI is starting to fall apart and I've needed a number of things replaced this past year and every time I've gone here I've always received fast service that always beats the dealership on pricing. I've also not had any issues following service or any of the repairs they've done either which was always a big worry of mine when straying away from the dealership. Any time I've had questions they've been more than happy to answer them even going so far as to show me on the car if I'm not fully understanding something. 10/10 would go again.
