Jiffy Lube

We pulled in with a rental car that was dry. Payless rental obviously does NOT take care or service their cars. Jiffy Lube took care of us here. They were friendly and thorough. Come to this Jiffy Lube for great service with a smile. Avoid Payless rental cars though. Service: Oil change

This is by far the worst auto shop to ever come by. I asked them to do something simple. A oil changed. They removed my transmission drain plug. Empty that out. Then they fill my oil to the point where the oil is at the top. Closed the hood. Then have me drive it off. Only to get five feet to where the car stalls I confronted the manager which was some black lady made it seem like It was my fault and there was nothing left corner. She called me all kinds of name. Kicked me out. Service: Oil change

The woman who runs this jiffy lube off paseo del norte is by far the best customer service, not just at a jiffy lube, but like, ever. Stand out example of a leader, team mate, and customer service. I watched her do it all. And I left feel valued as a customer and as human. Thank you so much for this impactful experience. Made my week to have this level of service experience. Service: Oil change
