Awesome customer service here. Came in for an oil change. They then showed me my car was leaking coolant and found the line that had a hole in it. Having the car towed down to my usual shop for a warranty fix but I'll be coming back here for sure.
Friendly and reasonably concerned staff. Seem to try to get the job done. Not always quick. Prices seem ok compared to others although everything seems expensive everywhere now. Recommend giving them a try.
I've been taking my cars to Giant Oak for a couple of years now. Mike has always been honest and treated me fairly. I recommend Giant Oak for your automotive repair needs.
