Firestone Complete Auto Care

Made an appointment for wheel alignment over the phone, was told the job would take 60 minutes. Came here but then I was told the job won’t be down till the end of the day (6pm) as this is a “drop off” appointment. I deliberately told the guy over the phone I don’t want to wait to do a “drop off” appointment and I want to so a “on time” appointment, super disappointed.

TERRIBLE Auto Shop I would rate this a negative star if I have to, and I had the WORST experience ever in an auto shop. So my tires blown on the roadside and this is the closest shop to me, and I took it there. The guy told me that it is a very easy fix, and I can just pick it up in the afternoon. Afterwards, I came back, and they told me I need more fixes, and the part for that is 130 dollars, while when I checked with the dealer, it was only 30 dollars. Just for parts, they are ripping me off for more than 100 bucks, and that does not include the labor. Also they created more damage to my tires to a point where they are COMPLETELY unusable. TERRIBLE PLACE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THE DEALERSHIP IS NOT FAR!!! Never wrote this much of a review before but this shop does not deserve any good ratings.

Been coming to this Firestone for 2 years and I can say they’ve always came through for me. Whether it’s for an oil change or something to fix on my car. I really recommend this Firestone for your car needs. Shout out to Mo and his crew!
