This review is in reference to my earlier review posted 4 days back (from root desh) regarding the tire change service. Owner posted reply to my review but I do not know how to reply to his untrue comments in google. I am very surprised by the response to my review(Root desh) I posted few days back as its nothing but untrue. 1. Owner rescheduled the appointment just because when I reached there, he did not have the tech available to work on it. 2. Owner did not ask me if I would like to take the car back before pulling out himself. Rude act I can see. 3. Owner is right that he said it will be 1 and half hours+ on the earlier scheduled appointment but for Saturday appointment he had said it will be 1 hour. I asked him only after 80minutes since he had not taken up the car. 4. Owner should talk to his Dad(earlier manager) if my association with this service center is just handful of times. I even gave away my used toyota camry for a very nominal price due to our long association. 5

I have been a happy customer here for past many years for various services but went there last week first time after it is being managed by owner's son. Learned that he is managing this shop since a year+. So first, I showed up on scheduled time only to learn that he has to reschedule me to a later time. Now I went there at the rescheduled time. He told me it will be 1 hour to finish so, I decided to stay at the shop. When I saw that the car is not taken up for service after 1 hour 20 minutes (which is understandable as Saturdays are busy times), I just asked him, if it can be expedited. Moment, I said that, he pulled out my car and advised that I take the car out to some other service station. I did not argue with him and left the place. Now since tires are not readily available at the other shops, my wait continues. Since tires are really bad, I cannot drive my car till Wed at some other shop. My very first bad experience in 25 years from any service station. Service: Tires

Went in at 9:30am on 4-18-22 when the business is supposed to be open! Walked inside and around and no one to be found! The place was filthy! Someone seemed to be sleeping there in the waiting room with uneaten food on the table.After 5 phone calls someone picked up but put me on hold. I hung up and drove there and found the doors locked so I went to the side and the garage door was up with 3 guys! No one acknowledged me but one guy told me to go elsewhere because they had lost his car after having it for two months. I left. Only reason I went there was I used them in 2019 after being recommended by Amazon…and the guy was honest and very professional! He must have sold the business because these guys don’t seem to know what is going on! Stay away! They can’t find the guys car????!!! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing
