Terrible experience, had an appointment in the middle of the day and when I got there it took 20+ minutes to receive any type of service. Two teenage girls at the front just sitting on their phones not answering any questions. The older woman there was rushing through the insurance quote and kept telling me she had a doctors appointment to go to. Refused to look at the underside of my car despite having documented suspension damage because she needed to go to her doctors appointment. Definitely will be getting a quote somewhere else, incredibly unprofessional and downright disrespectful experience at this shop

My car's catalytic converter was stolen and I had taken to their shop for replacement. They couldn't find replacement part for 4 months. They were not even trying. Instead, they were recommending I total my car for much lower price than the car would be worth. I was doing all the research to find CARB approved after-market part and even then they couldn't help. I found another shop and got my car fixed in 2 weeks. Service: Exhaust

Excellent professional service. I came in for an estimate and they volunteered to fix issue immediately for my Nissan murano. Highly recommend
