I received outstanding service. I thought the problem I was experiencing was a transmission problem and expected to be told I needed an expensive repair. It turned out to be a problem with the throttle, a much less expensive repair. Omar was wonderful. He did not "talk down" to me and did not treat me like I was ignorant just because I'm a woman. He explained everything thoroughly so I understood. When he said he'd call me with updates by a certain time, he did so. I was never left wondering what was going on as I had experienced recently with the Cadillac dealer in town. I have always taken my car to a Cadillac dealer for service but never again. AAMCO in Milpitas is my new automotive service shop. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman. Honest, reliable, professional and friendly. Thank you for restoring my faith in automotive repair shops.
