Big O Tires

This location services tires, oil changes and minor tune ups for light trucks so they can also service vans. The service person was very friendly and offered reasonable prices and service. I was very satisfied and they helped with minor repairs as well as any tire servicing. I will return when I am due for an oil change, much better prices than the dealership and it's hard to find a service shop for high roof vans.

The gentleman who took my information including my phone number was informed that I would be at the nearby library and to please call me as soon as my car was ready. He was told that I had an appointment across town and needed time to return home first. He did not call me. When I realized the time I returned to find him gone and no one at the desk. I was late for my appointment which was not necessary as my car was ready and sitting in the parking lot.

Either incompetent or lying employees when I found out batteries in car was not installed and tried flipping the script and pointed the fingers when I needed the warranty honored. Thank god another Big O’ Tires have honest people. This location has an unprofessional General Manager that doesn’t have customer service skills. Do not go to this location.
