This is the worst place for your car to be fixed i asked for a rotation and they damaged my car frame when i showed them they said we can’t help you take us to court because i was late. Hate this place with there service
2023..when you go back, it says great things. Excellent service..clear updates..honest prices and service like you would your brother.. kudos.. 2020..Prices are excellent, the deals are very very good, the person behind the counter was an expert, but he was not friendly. If he wore a smile and interested like a human being, I think more business come their way. Last time I was there the gentleman who helped me, was friendly and engaging. And I ended up adding a new service
Absolutely the MOST INEXCUSABLY RUDE "customer service" I've ever encountered. I walked in and there was a man at the counter. I warmly said "HI! I think I need a patch." The man rudely and abruptly responded with "it ain't gonna happen today. We already got all these orders!" pointing to the wall behind him. I just said "oh, ok" and left. I understand being busy but that was shockingly rude.
