Came here for the first time almost over a decade ago and have stuck with them ever since. I needed to change a set of tires, so I went in at 7:30, was greeted by Fernando, he came out to check the car and take the tires that I brought in. I also had a set of spacers so that I wanted to get installed, was told it would be taken care of no problem. Couple things that matters to me as a car enthusiast that they did was; take the driveway at a very wide angle to fully be safe and not scrape anything, tires were removed carefully and was no damage on any of the rims, made sure that every bolt is torqued to spec at the end of installation, and let the car warm up before moving the car when everything was done. Update: the manager contacted me after seeing my review that he would like to fix my issue. They we’re able to properly diagnose and resolve my issue. Really appreciate them following through but wish they can fix my issue the first time but it is now fixed correctly. Do not bring your car for service. A good mechanic shop will diagnose not only the car but the parts they think are wrong, instead of just throwing parts at it hoping one will fix the issue. That’s exactly what they did to me. They charge too much and won’t take responsibility once the same issue is not fixed. Instead they want more money to fix the original issue that they could not fix, because a good mechanic shop will test out the parts they think are faulty which a good mechanic can do. [Example: cam shaft can be checked using a multi-meter for resistance and voltage.] Avoid this shop unless they can start training their people on how to diagnose the parts to actually fix the problem and help the customer save the he
West Coast Tires was very efficient and did a great job on my car. Fernando was great, giving me updates about when my part would come in. No complaints with the repair. Car starts everytime now. They are going to be my go to repair place for my plug in hybrid.
