I am so grateful that I came across this mechanic. I was on my way to pick up my son from daycare when my car started making a terrible sound. I was scared and flustered and looked for places I could take my car. Thankfully Gateway was only a mile away. When I called Ike he was very respectful and understanding of my situation and told me I could bring my car over. He was patient with me throughout the whole process because I was feeling very overwhelmed about the whole situation. He called me again this morning to give me an update. He had been so communicative throughout the entire process and sent me pictures along the way to demonstrate the concern. I am very grateful for his transparency. At most mechanic places you don’t get this much info so it is very reassuring as a customer to know and see exactly what is wrong. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
