Star Autosports shop is the number one choice for me and I have both Lexus and Mercedes. We’ve been going to these guys for years now and no once we’ve been turned down, yelled at or being mistreated. Starting from the sweet lady Rachel who answers the phone and ending with picking up the car, the whole experience is a joy. Plus, the prices are so reasonable that I know they always check extra but I never pay more because it’s that much they really care. You know when you leave your car for an oil change and it almost always turns out to and huge bill bc this and that is wrong…. Well how do we know really?!! How many mechanics will come with all sorts of wrong things that are actually NOT true?!! I have done a double check and assured that nothing is wrong. Nothing like this will happen with Star Autosports. They honestly do what they will tell you they would do and if nothing is wrong, they don’t hammer you with thousands of dollars bills. Albert and Frank are great. They did repair all issues with my mercedes C32. Been Going for around 2 years. They have good knowledge on mercedes and are very professional. Using original parts for the car. you will pay cheaper than dealership. They usually work fast, within one to 2 days to fix the car. A 2 week project turned into a 5 month project. Owner didn’t have mechanics to do the work. Always too busy and extremely disorganized. After 5 months of the owners false promises I took my services elsewhere. All to find out the work that was said to be complete was Mickey Moused. Now, paying a certified mechanic to do the work correctly. Owner is charming and charismatic but not organized and will take advantage (my opinion). Be careful using this mechanical shop. I would recommend getting other opinions. I am sad to write a review like this but after my bill was >8k and the work was not complete. I don’t want the next customer to have to go thru what I did.
