I was visiting from out of state and needed to get an oil change. I am very happy with the service they provided. Highly recommend them.
The staff and service at this location in Indio was superb!!! Jim Parrish was my first sales contact on the phone. His cordial demeanor was the reason I took my car there. He goes the extra mile, and then some. The last time I went in for service, staff shared their catered lunch with me after sitting in the waiting room for awhile. . Everyone super nice! Can't sing their praises enough!! Services: Electrical, Oil change
Very poor Customer Service, the person at the desk was on his phone so it took several minutes before I was acknowledged, at the end they told me they couldn’t take me as a walk-in but to come back the next day before 3pm. Came back next day at 2pm and they wouldn’t take me as a walk-in either this time with a different excuse, so I just gave up on this place.
