-----Short story----- Extremely fraud and ripoff business. Dorothy(owner) is not a mechanic and she does not know anything about cars. Please do not go to this business unless you want a ripoff. We had an extremely terrible ordeal that lasted 4 weeks, paid ~$2500 to Dorothy and $600 to rental car agency. Not included are hundreds of dollars we spent on gas, uber and many other issues. All, for fixing oil leaks? If you need more feedback on the bodyshop, message me and I will be happy to save more customers from going here. -----Long story----- Round 1: It all started with our BKW 535i oil and coolant leaks, which she said she can fix. No estimates at the time of delivering the car to her. We told her that our coolant is leaking and needs fix. Anyways, it took 1.5 weeks to repair the leaks, which I have no idea why it took so long. While picking up the car, I noticed oil at the place where car was parked. I told Dorothy about this. She asked to drive the car around and said she can fix
