Romeo at North American Motors had nothing but kindness towards me as I pulled into his establishment with my old sputtering Dodge truck. It wasn't holding charge so I thought it must be the alternator. I called Romeo to see if he had a way of getting the alternator I needed to fix my truck - and he did. His supplier got me a brand new alternator in just a few hours. It was installed quickly and I was handled very kindly as a guest for the day. Romeo recommended places to eat nearby so I could kill the time. He and his team got me home safely. They saved the day and even had good rates. I put them on the spot and they performed better than I had hoped for. Thanks to Romeo especially for being so friendly and reasonable. If I'm ever in the area again and am in need of help I will come to this shop, and you should too! Please keep in mind that these guys like to take their time to do quality work. Romeo and his crew replaced my drum breaks and kept me updated throughout the repair. I dropped car off early and picked it up after work. Great customer service.
