Jiffy Lube

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes with their online coupon at CV location for years, but today was rather exceptional. Not only did I receive fast service, but the entire team jumped into action when I arrived and got to work on my car immediately. Everyone was kind and professional. I even let them drain my transmission fluid, an additional service I normally would turn down, just because I appreciated how they were taking care of me as a customer. While I was in the waiting room, I watched an older man being talked to with kindness as well and he also added on an extra service, no one was pushy or tried to upsell him things he didn’t need. They didn’t just treat me as a priority, they treated everyone with this same level of care. I’ll be back and until then I’ll be sending others their way.

This crew always does a good job. They never try to sell me something extra and they always are very respectful and informative. I absolutely love coming here ! My car (her name is Bellerina) loves them also ! She always sounds so good after an oil change ! Thank you guys Service: Oil change

Good service, price attendant, service friendly atmosphere, quick service. I'm not too sure of the brand of oil they use. I never heard of it. Otherwise I would give them 6 stars ????
