Considering the insanely high quotes I had received from other auto repair shop, I decided to take my car to Bay One Collision Auto Body Shop. I was very satisfied not only with the quality of the work done on my 2017 Honda - (victim of a hit and run) but the personal attention given to me. Paciano explained everything that was going to be done and tried to find ways that would save me money. All the staff was never too busy to answer my questions or take my phone calls. The shop was very well maintained, very professional and friendly treatment by the staff. My car was repaired earlier than the expected date of completion. The repair job exceeded my expectations and my car looks just like the day I drove off the dealer brand new. It was washed and nicely cleaned inside and out I also would like to thank Paciano noticing a nail in my tire and repairing it - no charge.
