I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone I know!! The customer service was EXCELLENT! The auto body repair/work was AWESOME! They made it so easy for us and kept us in the loop the whole time! I also like how we were able to pick up and drop up our rental at at CRASH CHAMPIONS! Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond for us!! This shop deserves 10stars!!!! Ellie was absolutely phenomenal in all aspects. From start to finish she was very communicative. I know my words will fall short on showing how truly grateful I am for the work that was done to my vehicle. I wish it was under other circumstances that I met Ellie, however, out of this accident I had the opportunity to work with crash champions again. Exceeded expectations. Great service. Extremely friendly reps. Dropped off vehicle on a Friday picked up on Tuesday. Damage repaired, painted and parts replaced. Repair looks good. Will update in a few months. Update 1 Vehicle has rough spots on the paint where repairs was done. Will contact crash champions to correct it. Will update after repair.
