Hello! I brought my sedan into Cal Auto Restoration after a blown tire went under my car on the freeway and shredded the right side of my front bumper and dislodged the heat sheet underneath. Marco worked with me to order a new bumper, paint match, and replace it. They were able to replace the bumper all in one day (it took less than two hours) so I didn't have to get a rental. They reattached the heat sheet and touched up a scratch I had on the back bumper for free! I could not be happier, the bumper looks amazing and completely new! RATING = 10 stars if they had them! I worked with Marco. From the moment I called in to explain my situation he understood the urgency, needs I had, and was very attentive. I took my 1998 Mercury Mountaineer in for inspection in which he greeted me with a respectful handshake and introduction. The part I needed I had not been able to find in 7 months as my car is now considered "unique" and they don't make specific parts anymore without being SUPER expensive, he found one within a day! After telling him to get the part he had it there within a few days, painted and ready to put on my car. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, performance, pricing, and execution!
