*Update 1/2024* I moved out of the area about two years ago and my truck is still running strong (thanks to Henry and Integrity’s attention to HONEST detail) but I needed to get it checked out because I want it to keep running strong and what I’m trying to say is that I’m willing to still make the time and inconvenience to bring it to Integrity Transmission because of my experience with them. They did the work they said they would and then some. Details matter! I usually fix my own cars. I have over 25 years working on them. However, sometimes I don't have time or a job is just too much for me. I have a hard time trusting mechanics or even paying for work. HOWEVER, when I wanted to get my 2004 Escalade perfect, I brought it to Henry at Integrity. I spent a pretty penny, BUT his work is the BEST and totally worth it. I got a rebuilt transmission along with other maintenance. Steering, tune-up, gasket replacements along with many things. His shop is clean, their explanation of service options was thorough. They explained everything the car needed, they physically showed me the defects. When the car was done, they went through all the work, showed me the worn out parts that were replaced just to prove they needed replacing. No shop has ever done that for me before. I've been a faithful customer at Integrity Transmission for 8 to 10 years now. I thought I saw the extent of their exceptional work and customer service until a couple of weeks ago. I was on my way to Newport Beach when my car decided it wanted to shake uncontrollably and almost shut off several times. Scared something might happen to me on the road, I called Henry Sr. and explained the situation. He and his wife came over to ensure my safety. Keep in mind this was on a Friday after 6 p.m. during the Christmas season so traffic was horrible, and there was a lot of activity where I was parked. They also had just come from helping out another stranded customer nowhere near my location. After a long day at work, people just want to go home and relax. They showed up for me in a time of need after hours at no extra cost. When they arrived, Henry Sr. took a look under my hood, checked his scanner, and explained to me the issue. Oh and the best part? He and his wife followed me on the road to
