DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I have never posted a review about a business before, but after my recent experience, I felt the need to warn the public. I came in for a water pump replacement. I had driven the car for several months with the check engine light on, the car ran fine. I just decided it was time to get the light taken care of. Paul fixed it and several other items he said needed to be replaced. I paid $1,600 and drove away only to overheat the engine. After returning 4 times for the same problem, Paul told me that since I overheated the engine, I caused the head gasket to be blown and it would cost me $2,600 to have that repaired. I explained that the car ran fine without overheating before they touched it. He refused to fix the engine. I do believe them to be honest. However, they're just not very good at what they do. Jack's is great ! Today I only needed one tire. First I called 2 different places that specialize in just tires. The first one I told the tire had a nail, now it has a patch, I would like to get a new tire, he said "why you wanna get a new tire?!, the patch is good." I said..." ok thanks never mind". I called the next tire place, it took a while for them to answer their phone, the guy said "you only want one tire?..ok let me put you on hold" 5 minutes later I hung up. I called Jacks, they answered their phone, I wasn't put on hold. The guy I spoke to was nice, normal, and exactly what one would expect/hope for, when calling a business !!
